I’m a licensed therapist (MA, LMHC, she/her) and a fellow traveler in the neurospicy realm.
I work best with adults who are sharp, sensitive, and ready to unpack the habits, roles, and inner critics that no longer serve them.
My therapy style is warm, relational, and collaborative — with a good dash of humor, parts work, and reality checks (the compassionate kind).
