Services are available via secure telehealth across Washington State or in-person at my Blaine office.
Individual Therapy
You might be navigating anxiety, burnout, perfectionism, people-pleasing, or patterns that keep repeating no matter how much you understand them.
Maybe you're the person others rely on: steady, capable, holding it together. Or maybe you're past that point and just exhausted. Either way, beneath the surface (or right at it), something feels stuck.
I work with adults experiencing: Chronic anxiety and burnout, perfectionism and imposter syndrome, difficulty setting or maintaining boundaries, shame spirals and self-criticism, the exhausting pressure to always be "fine."
This is therapy that goes deeper than symptom management. We'll explore the roots: the beliefs, patterns, and protective mechanisms you developed to survive, so you can finally build something sustainable.
Fat Liberation & Body Respect
This is a fat-positive, anti-diet, disability-affirming space for people recovering from body shame, medical trauma, weight stigma, and years of trying to fix a body that was never broken.
As a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, I support healing from diet culture, disordered eating, and the harm caused by healthism and ableism in healthcare systems.
This work includes: Recovery from dieting, restriction, and shame-based movement; healing from medical trauma and weight stigma; rebuilding trust with food and body through Health at Every Size (HAES) principles; reclaiming rest, pleasure, and autonomy.
This isn't about "getting better." It's about reclaiming your right to exist without condition.
Neurodivergent Support
Whether you're newly exploring neurodivergence, recently diagnosed, or have known for years, this space is built for the way your brain actually works, not the way the world expects it to.
I work with autistic and ADHD adults, as well as those who are questioning. No formal diagnosis required.
My approach supports: Burnout, masking, and sensory overwhelm; processing late diagnosis and identity shifts; unmasking and building authentic relationships; emotional regulation and executive function; creating systems that work with your brain, not against it.
This is relational, nervous-system-informed work, not rigid CBT protocols.
At this time, I work with adults who can engage in weekly or biweekly outpatient therapy. If you need more intensive support or care coordination, I'm happy to provide referrals.
Family Patterns and Relational Repair
If you grew up in a family where love came with conditions, where you had to manage adults' emotions or make yourself small to stay safe, those patterns don't just disappear when you leave home.
You might still struggle with guilt around boundaries, second-guess your own feelings, or find that a single interaction with family sends you into emotional spirals.
I work with adults navigating: Dysfunctional family dynamics and complex family relationships; parentification and roles that never ended; low or no contact decisions (or considering them); religious trauma or rigid belief systems; grief for the childhood or care you didn't receive.
This is therapy that honors the younger parts of you, the ones who had to grow up too fast. We'll process what happened, reclaim your voice, and build the relationships you actually want now.
