Services
Therapy isn’t about fixing you — it’s about creating space for your most authentic self to breathe, rest, and grow.
Whether you’re looking for ongoing support, one-time insight, or help navigating the messy middle of identity, burnout, or body healing — I offer services designed with neurodiverse, fat-positive, and emotionally deep humans in mind.
Services are available via secure telehealth across Washington State or in-person at my cozy Blaine office — just minutes from the border.
Individual Therapy
You’re the one who holds it all together — at work, for your family, in public.
But under the surface, it’s burnout, overthinking, and the quiet pressure to never let anything slip.
You second-guess your needs, apologize for having boundaries, and carry a to-do list that never seems to shrink.
It’s exhausting to be the dependable one when your inner world feels like it’s constantly unraveling.
You might be navigating:
Chronic anxiety or high-functioning burnout
Perfectionism, imposter syndrome, or people-pleasing
Boundaries that feel impossible to set — or keep
Shame spirals that come out of nowhere
A constant push to be “fine” while quietly unraveling
This is therapy that goes deeper than coping skills. Together, we’ll explore the roots — not to fix you, but to free you.
Fat Liberation & Body Respect
This is a fat-positive, anti-diet, and disability-affirming space for people recovering from body shame, medical trauma, ableism, and years of trying to fix a body that was never broken.
Together, we’ll explore body grief, size stigma, and how systemic oppression — including ableism and healthism — has impacted your relationship with food, movement, health, and self-worth.
This isn’t about “getting better.” It’s about reclaiming your right to exist without condition. It’s support for:
Recovery from dieting, restriction, or shame-based movement
Medical trauma, weight stigma, and the harms of body pathologizing systems
Healing through a Health at Every Size® and disability-affirming lens
Reclaiming joy, rest, pleasure, slowness, and agency
This is therapy that doesn’t ask you to shrink.
Neurodivergent Support
Whether you’re newly exploring your neurodivergence or have known for years, this space is built for the way your brain actually works — not the way the world expects it to.
I work primarily with autistic and ADHD-identified adults with low support needs, as well as those who are still questioning. No formal diagnosis needed — just a sense that something has never quite fit.
My approach is collaborative and neurodiversity-affirming, with support for:
Burnout, masking, and sensory overwhelm
Late-diagnosis processing
Identity work and unmasking
Emotional regulation and parts work
Building systems that actually work for your brain
This is not CBT. It’s slow, relational work that honors your nervous system.
At this time, I do not provide therapy for individuals with moderate or high support needs, but I’m happy to offer referrals.
Reparenting & Relational Repair
You learned to read the room before you could read a book.
To stay small, stay good, stay quiet — or else.
When a parent is emotionally immature or self-absorbed, love often comes with conditions. You may have grown up being the helper, the fixer, or the forgotten one — never really allowed to just be a kid.
Now, boundaries feel guilt-laced. You second-guess your feelings. And even as an adult, a single phone call from a parent can send you spiraling.
Whether you're trying to redefine your role in your family, go low/no contact, or unpack the impact of rigid belief systems, you don’t have to do it alone.
You might be navigating:
Family roles that never really ended
Guilt or grief around going low/no contact — or a desire to do so
A chronic fear of being “too much” or “not enough”
Emotional flashbacks that don’t always make sense
A deep longing for care you never received
This is therapy that honors the younger parts of you — the ones who had to grow up too fast. Together, we’ll untangle the past, reclaim your voice, and make space for the relationships you want to build now.
Ready to take the next step?
If one of these services speaks to you, let’s connect. You don’t need to have it all figured out — just a sense that you’re ready for something to shift. I offer a free 15-minute consult so we can explore whether working together feels like a good fit.

“Therapy is not about being fixed. It’s about being held while you find your way back to yourself.”
